Executive Director
Archie has spent the last 6 years on the Beacon House team, building upon Beacon House’s foundation of long-term substance use treatment. Over his past 4 years serving as Executive Director, Archie has devoted his talents and time to strategic and financial planning, building new programs, and cultivating a positive company culture. Archie takes pride in overseeing the vision and execution of the Beacon House mission to ensure long-term treatment is available at no cost for generations to come. He enjoys watching men transform their lives and go on to become leaders in their homes, occupations, and affairs. George Grohs
Chief Financial Officer
George Grohs has been part of the Beacon House team since October 2020 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, George oversees all financial aspects of the organization, including financial management, planning, reporting, analysis, and regulatory and tax compliance, ensuring Beacon House operates with integrity, transparency, and fiscal responsibility. George holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and brings more than 30 years of corporate management and accounting experience across both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. His expertise spans payroll, human resources, cash management, accounts payable, systems integration, operational management, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, regulatory reporting, and internal auditing. Timothy Shin
Director of Operations
Tim has been part of the Beacon House team since 2020 and currently serves as Director of Operations. In this role, Timothy participates in organizational leadership and strategic planning, facilitates collaboration and operations across departments, and oversees the growth and management of the Beacon House catering business. He holds an AA in Mathematics, a Paralegal Certification, and a BS in Business Administration, and is currently an MBA candidate at the USC Marshall School of Business. His professional journey into the substance use disorder field began at Beacon House, informed by his lived experience as a former client. Read More
Matthew Huff
Director of Social Enterprises
Matthew oversees day to day operations for the Beacon House Thrift Stores, including business strategy, donation pickups, e-commerce, marketing, and resident workforce development. Matthew is also part of the team developing and implementing a reintegration program, as he develops LMS modules and oversees financial literacy courses. Matthew also assists with grant writing and management. Matthew loves having the opportunity to be a part of something important at Beacon House. Tom Keyes
IT Director
Tom oversees and maintains all Beacon House facilities, technology systems, and communications, ensuring the organization’s infrastructure supports its mission and day-to-day operations. With more than 25 years of experience in his field, Tom brings deep technical knowledge and problem-solving expertise to Beacon House. He takes pride in using his skills to support the work of the organization and to help others, providing a reliable foundation that allows programs and staff to operate effectively. Dylan Grace
Program Director
Dylan has been part of the Beacon House team since 2020 and currently serves as Program Director. In this role, Dylan supervises counselors, programs, and curriculum while actively promoting Beacon House’s social model of recovery to ensure consistent, high-quality care across all services. Dylan is a CADC and has completed Clinical Supervision Training. He began his journey at Beacon House in 2018 as a drug and alcohol counseling intern. Dylan discovered strengths in administration and developed a passion for leadership, mentorship, and building up those coming behind him. Kyle Conneally
2.1 SUD Program Manager
Kyle has been a member of the Beacon House team since 2021, building his career within the Outpatient Program after completing a year-and-a-half internship at Beacon House. Kyle provides group and individual counseling, oversees billing and financial reports, maintains county and state compliance, supports the Program Director, and upholds Beacon House’s social model of recovery. Kyle is CATC-1 certified and credits his growth as a counselor to the mentors and staff who trained him at Beacon House. He finds the greatest fulfillment in helping men work toward their goals, especially witnessing reunifications with family and the milestones that come with sustained recovery. Read More
Gage Lindsay
3.1 SUD Program Manager
With over 6 years in the addiction treatment field, Gage has a deep passion for fighting for recovery. As Residential Program Manager, he manages and supervises all 3.1 residential treatment and services, including all residential counselors. He is proud to play a part in restoring hope to Beacon House’s newest residents, as well as teaching counseling interns to excel. Victoria Villarreal
Digital Marketing Manager
Victoria leads Beacon House’s digital presence by overseeing graphic design, photography, and social media content and campaigns, as well as managing website design, print materials, and event marketing assets. She plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency across all platforms while supporting fundraising and organizational outreach efforts. Victoria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design in 2020 and began her career with a strong foundation in visual communication through graphic design and photography and expanded her expertise to include social media management, website development, and event marketing. Victoria finds the greatest fulfillment in collaboration, teaching, and being inspired by the transformation of clients. Read More

Compliance Coordinator
Jeff oversees policy writing, license and certification acquisition, and both internal and external audits, ensuring that Beacon House meets and maintains healthcare compliance standards across all programs. Jeff is CATCI certified and brings strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills to his work. He thrives on tackling large, ambitious projects while staying grounded in the purpose behind the organization’s mission. Outside of Beacon House, Jeff enjoys balancing relaxation and adventure, whether it’s enjoying a good meal, watching a great movie, fishing, or exploring the outdoors. Read More
Avalon Silver
Donor Relations Coordinator
Avalon supports Beacon House’s fundraising and stewardship efforts through direct mail campaigns, fundraising events, email marketing, copywriting, and intentional donor engagement that strengthens long-term relationships with supporters. Avalon holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Health & Wellness Promotion, a Certification in Grant Writing & Administration, and is currently pursuing an MSW. She began her career in fundraising in 2021 and through this work, Avalon has developed strong skills in relationship building, storytelling, and donor communications. Ivan Rizo Patron
Development Events Coordinator
Ivan Rizo Patron joined the Beacon House team in July 2024 and serves as Development Events Coordinator. In this role, Ivan is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of Beacon House’s major fundraising events, helping to create meaningful experiences that support the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability. He began his work in development through a year-long fundraising and development internship at Beacon House, where he gained hands-on experience in donor relations, marketing and social media, development events coordination, mail campaigns, and community engagement. Senior Administrative Assistant
Breann coordinates and organizes meetings, manages schedules and appointments, handles correspondence, and maintains files and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and smooth day-to-day operations across the organization. Breann holds an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology with a minor in Health Science, and a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in nonprofit management. Jillian Becker
Program Operations Specialist
Jillian oversees billing for Recovery Bridge Housing, and coordinates scheduling for men participating in Beacon House Social Enterprises.. She also manages donation pickups for the Beacon House Thrift Shop and plans box truck routes to support daily operations. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations, along with minors in Marketing and Sociology, and is RADT-I certified through CCAPP. Her path to Beacon House reflects a long-standing commitment to the nonprofit sector, with six years of volunteer experience at the American Cancer Society, followed by internships and roles at Walk With Sally and a nonprofit startup before joining the Beacon House team. Brandon Dodge
Culinary Head Chef
Brandon has been in the hospitality industry since 2003, but has found his true passion in the kitchen. Over the years, Brandon has held positions as a prep cook, line cook, kitchen manager, and Sous Chef, accumulating over a decade of experience in fast-paced kitchen environments. At Beacon House, Brandon manages all aspects of kitchen operations for the Bartlett Center. This includes high volume catering contracts for over 8 local shelters, as well as providing 3 meals a day for all Beacon House residents. Brandon enjoys teaching and mentoring residents in the kitchen, helping them on their journey of personal and professional development. Read More
